Custom new private cabin in the countryside and not even a mile to the village. The cabin is three total floors including a walk out basement with more space for gear and pets and a fenced in backyard for dogs. Large bonfire pit with plenty of outdoor furniture and a 7 person outdoor hot tub. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with an open concept floor plan. Short driveway off of a paved road, huge wrap around deck and gorgeous views, camping also allowed on property. Very close to both Resorts

View birds, wildlife in an old forest along the Allegany River from the porch, deck or large picture windows. Relax, renew, read a book, create, write, paint, unplug. (fast Wi Fi, 32 inch TV and echo dot) Families and dog owners will like the large yard (no fence, warning ticks and Lyme disease in the area). My grandmother designed the cottage around a vintage house trailer (tiny house). There are many unique and cleaver features. Family mementos through history are on display.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful cabin. The views are incredible and our home is close to all the skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, dining, shopping and entertainment! Stay for one of EVL's fun event weekends or stay for an extended ski retreat. We're family and dog friendly! About 8 minutes to holiday valley, 5 minutes to Holiday Valley Tubing, 9 minutes to the Holiday Valley golf course, 13 minutes to Pumpkinville, and 20 minutes to Allegany State Park.
