The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

If you like peace and quiet and want to spend a vacation close to nature, this is the perfect place for you. Our vacation home is located in the old village center of Petkum, close to the ferry terminal to Ditzum. From here you can enjoy the vastness of East Frisia on both sides of the Ems - whether on foot or by bike or while fishing on one of the many canals (with guest card) or while watching the wild geese. Culturally, Emden also has plenty to offer (art gallery, state museum, ...).

We are also happy to receive applications from tradespeople and fitters! The old house and thus also the 3 apartments were completely renovated and will be ready for rent in 2025. The house Wattwurm is located in the best Emder city center location and thus you are quickly at the Delft/harbor and the surrounding shops. Next to the house is a large parking space (for a fee) The apartments have been decorated in a cosy style and are child-friendly. 😊

Welcome to our bright and cozy apartment! The ground floor apartment of a two-party house is located in the beautiful Emder district of Larrelt, just a five-minute drive from the North Sea. The apartment is a good starting point for beautiful walks by the water, picturesque sunsets on the North Sea, bike or car tours through the historic wharf villages of the Krummhörn or even just a relaxed stroll through the nearby Emder city center.

Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Our modern apartment is located in the centre of Emden in the Klein-Faldern district and offers the highest level of comfort in living over approximately 50 square metres. It includes a comfortable box-spring bed and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a southwest-facing balcony with seating. Bed linen and towels can be booked in addition. Just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. There is a rear courtyard for bicycles.

Up Wulkje21 Newly renovated apartment

Up Wulkje (East Frisian for: on the cloud). Our holiday flat is new, modernly furnished and provides you with all comforts. It has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and a large covered balcony. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room, so up to six people can stay in the flat. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. You are welcome to bring your dog with you.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.
