Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

The apartment is a good starting point for beautiful walks by the water, picturesque sunsets on the North Sea, bike or car tours through the historic wharf villages of the Krummhörn or even just a relaxed stroll through the nearby Emder city center.

It includes a comfortable box-spring bed and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a southwest-facing balcony with seating. Bed linen and towels can be booked in addition. Just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. There is a rear courtyard for bicycles.

On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
