With the train station nearby, Alesso's house is at the perfect location. The center of Florence is at walkable distance and we didn't have to take any transport during our stay. The house was clean and had all necessary furnishings for short stay. Thanks Alessio for hosting us.

The accomodation was perfect, very clean & cute and I felt very comfortable. 😊 Alessandro sent me great tips with ideas what to during the stay & showed me with great insteuctions how to do the check-in on my own. he responded very quickly when I had a question & was very helpful & friendly. This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

Green Refuge is a perfectly equipped apartment in an ideal location right next to the main train station. Julia is a wonderful host, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coming back each day to such a comfortable space. Highly recommended!

I’m a regular guest at Natascia’s apartment, and I must say it truly feels like home. Its strategic location makes it easy to walk to the city center if you're in the mood for a stroll through historic Florence, while still offering a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are several food stores nearby, so grocery shopping and cooking at home are always convenient, especially if you're staying longer and want to save some money on meals. The apartment offers top-notch amenities: high-speed internet, perfect for remote work; a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher; a washer-dryer; a steam iron; and a smart TV with access to all the popular streaming platforms. The cozy interior, warm lighting, and comfortable sofa and bed add an extra touch of comfort to the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at Filippo's place for four nights. Arrival and check-in were hassle-free. Parking in the garage was impossible because the ramp was too steep and put on our car (Tesla 3). Filippo gave us a street where we could park nearby for free. The place is quietly located, it was fantastically quiet at night. But you have to know that there is no bed but only a sofa bed. It didn't bother us very much. The bathroom is great. The kitchen corner is tight. There is a cool veranda outside with sofa and table. Overall, we found the stay positive.

A paradise! Difficult access that is rewarded. A fantastic villa with spectacular views of the Tuscan hills. Greatly restored with modern and classic parts, plus an absolute calm, all around beautiful nature. A highlight: The spacious indoor Jacuzzi, we had a wonderful week, thank you!!

We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

An impeccable place to say the least. Cleanliness and tidiness. HOST always available and responsive to our every request Welcome snack and drink the icing on the cake. I recommend Andrea and his structure for relaxation, rest and comfort.

We stayed here along the Via degli Dei, it is easily reached by making a small detour. The accommodation is very nice, clean, with attention to detail and equipped with all the comforts. The host also provided us with food and drinks for breakfast. Tommaso was responsive and kind in the conversation. Great experience!

We loved our stay at Victor’s home. It was spotlessly clean and the view was just incredible. It is brilliant for kids, they had the time of their lives!

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

The location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from the main square in this beautiful city. Fabio is a fantastic host, who made check in easy and was happy to offer recommendations of where to eat/visit.

Absolutely as advertised apartment, convenient and quiet location, a stone's throw from the beach, and also convenient to get around by train. Alessandro was available and accurate in providing info. If we come back to the area, we'll ask for Cavi Beach Home again😊

Wonderful vacation made special by staying in Barbara's apartment as it is clean,accurate,organized in everything and with a beautiful garden and parking space. Barbara was always accurate and clear...and very helpful!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a two night stay at Lorenzo’s apartment which was very easy to find and incredibly central for all the tourist areas. Apartment was very well furnished, clean and had a view of the Duomo too.
