L'appartement d'Alessia correspondait totalement à nos attentes. Calme et très jolie décoration. Tout ce dont nous avons besoin était présent et Alessia est très réactive en ce qui concerne les messages en cas de besoin. Alors oui c'est au 4ème étage et après une journée de marche intensive c'est pas évident 😅mais elle le précise très bien dans l'annonce et honnêtement ça va. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Merci Alessia.

il mio soggiorno da Lorena è stato davvero perfetto. Lorena è stata davvero super gentile e disponibile, mi ha accolto il primo giorno e mi ha dato un sacco di consigli e mi ha aiutato anche dopo se avevo bisogno di qualche indicazione. Mi ha fatto entrare prima dell'orario di check in indicato dato che sapeva che arrivavo prima ed è stata gentilissima. La casa era perfetta come da descrizione, vicinissima neanche cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione, dunque perfetta se vi dovete spostare ad esempio per le cinque terre e vicina alla fermata per portovenere. È in una via pedonale piena di ristoranti e negozi e vicino al porto . La casa era perfetta, pulita e tutto come da descrizione e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ha anche il condizionatore sia per l'aria calda che fredda. è stato davvero tutto perfetto e sono molto soddisfatta e Lorena è davvero un host impeccabile, persone così ce ne sono poche

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Lilana’s place was incredible! She was so kind, communicated well and was extremely helpful! She helped us check in early so we could drop off our bags. She was extremely welcoming and she responded fast. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable! 1000/10 recommend! Liliana was such a sweet soul

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

Il luogo è molto tranquillo, bello il terrazzo, che offre una rilassante vista sui dintorni collinari. Ben fornita la cucina. Bagno spazioso. Nel complesso l'appartamento è molto confortevole. Bisogna però avere l'auto, perché è in una frazione molto piccola.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and well organized, suitable for longer and shorter stays for 4 people. It is situated in a silent and pleasant neighborhood, within a short walking distance from the famous museums, churches and bridges of Firenze and with easy access to cafees, restaurants, markets and shops. Giuseppe was ready to give advice about every subject we asked about. The communication with him was immidiate, excellent, informative, warm and very welcoming from the day of reservation and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in Florence, and everything was very walkable from Andrea's place. It also had a beautiful balcony with lots of natural light. Andrea was very helpful, showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips on what to do in the area and places to eat. The pizza place he recommended was amazing!! Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay in this spotless elegant apartment in the centre of the old part of Lucca. Good wifi, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Salvatore was excellent. We had a problem identifying the location of the keysafe from Salvatore’s directions and his photograph (the keysafe is locked to a pipe about 1.5m to the left of the front door) but after a few texts back and forth it was resolved! This is a delightful apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in old Lucca.

Everything was perfect! Friendly and very helpful host. Flexible with Check-in. Easy and fast Communication. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Good located, close to railway-Station and to the City Center. We would definitivly recommend the place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Anto's place. He met us for checkin to show us around. He was very hospitable and provided us with a list of recommended restaurants. We liked being close to the train station but not too far from the center of town. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer.

Francesco was a wonderful host and very friendly . His apartment was comfortable and we found ourselves feeling at home . I recommend it if you want to be a bit outside the center but still close.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Andrea. L’appartement a bien convenu à notre famille de 4 personnes. L’endroit était calme avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse où nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner. La partie « spa » avec hammam et bain avec hydromassage était un vrai plus pour nous reposer après nos excursions de la journée.

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Einmalige Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool - perfekt zum Entspannen und Erholen, da es sehr ruhig ist. Exzellente Unterkunft: äußerst sauber und gut zu Erreichen. Mit dem Auto oder Zug können Pisa und Lucca in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
