If you want to relax and have privacy in total nature, with a Garden & Pool partially for your-selves, "Cal Boix”, an 18th-century farmhouse is the perfect Spot! The ecological pool, the chill out the trampoline or the potage garden add a little extra to our paradise. Excellent for a couple, with one kid. If you have two teenager, we can receive them in a big beautiful tent we have in the wood. The Llemena Valley is not at all exploited , it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries!

Rustic timeless charm in L'Armentera

Feel at home in our refurbished village house in the center of peaceful L’Armentera. Built in 1891, traditional features blend with modern conveniences offering a comfortable, authentic Mediterranean experience. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets on the south-facing terrace with views over the rooftops to the sea. A living area with wood burning fire is perfect for playing games or streaming your favorite show. A large open plan, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room makes preparing meals a pleasure.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, the barbecue, the sun terrace and the patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, some of my family may also be there, but they'll always respect the privacy of the guests.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
