la casita de patio, es el resultado de un sueño. Situada junto a la piscina en el patio de la casa principal, consta de dos estancias. En la preciosa entrada se encuentra un inmenso vestidor. Desde ahi, accederás a un espacio diáfano en el que no encontrarás a faltar de nada. 2 terrazas para tu uso exclusivo La piscina, barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también mi familia, siempre con respeto a la privacidad de los huéspedes.

Mas Carbó una masia del s.XVI equipada amb totes les comoditats del s.XXI. Gaudeix de la tranquil·litat del camp a l'Alt Empordà a 20 minuts de St Martí d'Empúries i a 10 minuts de Figueres. Disposem d'un espai exterior on fer barbacoes, piscina, taula de ping-pong, billar, xemeneia interior, diverses zones per menjar i relaxar-se, una cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i un pati interior on resguardar-se de la Tramuntana. Tot preparat per passar una bona estada sense haver de sortir de casa.

Ell lloc és molt tranquil i el loft acaba de res reformat mantenint l'essència rústica y práctica al mateix temps. Disposa de planta baixa amb sortida directe al pati amb cuina, bany i sala d'estar i primer pis obert amb llit de matrimoni. El pati és ideal per poder pendre un esmorzar o un sopar a la fresca. La piscina és compartida amb amb nosaltres. NO ES PERMET BARBACOA

The neighborhood is located very closed to the Montgri natural Park,the Medes Islands and the lower Ter and also a few km from L’Escala beaches and Montgó. Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
