Welcome to the "Alte Gerberei" holiday apartment! The spacious 70 sqm old building apartment is located at the foot of the old town of Engen in our house, which we live in as a family with children. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. A pastry shop, restaurants, supermarkets and everything for daily needs are within walking distance. The station is about 15 minutes' walk away and, with the Seehas (Engen–Singen–Radolfzell–Konstanz), offers an ideal connection for excursions in the region.

This is the first floor apartment (ground floor) in our beautifully located house in Tengen. The building from 1820 is classified as a building worth preserving in the ensemble of the old town. The construction in solid quarry stone gives the house a wonderful atmosphere; Thanks to the location on the city moat, you have an open view to the south. Another apartment on the upper floor: we have recently rented the separate apartment on the 2nd floor via Airbnb.

Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.
