Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Small bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven (without dishwasher, no microwave), living room with sofa, fast WiFi/WLAN, small TV, terrace with table and chairs. Sun loungers in the garden can also be used. For small guests: baby nest or mattress to lay on, high chair, etc. See pictures in the listing.

Bright studio apartment in a listed and renovated Wilhelminian villa in the quiet Freiburg villa district of Wiehre. The center is 600 m away. There are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping in the area. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including a dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). The apartment also includes a new, modern bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this great place, which has been decorated with a lot of love. I want my guests to appreciate this and feel particularly comfortable. It is not an apartment for people who want to stay cheaply somewhere, as it is not a typical apartment! Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.
