Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

It also offers off street parking for one vehicle & a private entrance on the deck. It's a perfect place to relax & enjoy the summer & fall. Along with our cat Taffy who will welcome you (but will not be a bother) we invite you to enjoy our home.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Fully stocked with linens and bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen with serving ware and cookware. We are across the road from the lake with lakefront access. There is a dock for you to use. Wall outlet (NEMA 14-5 )for EV Charging station. Baby care package available upon request and availability. This includes high chair, stroller, baby tub, exersauser, and pack n play. This is an additional $50 for the length of the stay.
