This second floor apartment boasts a newly remodeled bathroom, a full kitchen, a comfortable bedroom perfect for two & a cozy sitting area with chairs that convert into twin beds. It also offers off street parking for one vehicle & a private entrance on the deck. It's a perfect place to relax & enjoy the summer & fall. Along with our cat Taffy who will welcome you (but will not be a bother) we invite you to enjoy our home.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Fully stocked with linens and bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen with serving ware and cookware. We are across the road from the lake with lakefront access. There is a dock for you to use. Wall outlet (NEMA 14-5 )for EV Charging station. Baby care package available upon request and availability. This includes high chair, stroller, baby tub, exersauser, and pack n play. This is an additional $50 for the length of the stay.

In Brighton next to twelve corners area which has shops and Panera and Starbucks within walking distance. Also the best bagels in Rochester at several local bagel shops. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Thanks. Convenient location 5 minutes away from the city and centrally located making it easy to go to east side suburbs (Pittsford, Penfield, Webster) and west side (Greece, Gates, Chili). Very safe neighborhood with parking spaces in the driveway.
