Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Erie

Had such a relaxing weekend!! The hot tub was phenomenal, bed was comfortable and the house was clean!! Will definitely be back!

With it being in the off-season it was nice and quiet and relaxing... a wonderful place to get together with family and just unwind!

This is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever stepped foot in. Clean, well stocked, with lots of local information and directions. We visited in December, so the snow was a factor. Leslie was accommodating, thoughtful, and considerate.

Mike and Katy went above and beyond to make our Valentine's Day weekend truly special. I booked their Airbnb a week prior, wanting to surprise my girlfriend, who lives on campus nearby. The challenge was that I live eight hours away, making it nearly impossible to decorate or prepare anything myself. Mike and Katy graciously took on the task, transforming the entire house with thoughtful decorations. My girlfriend was absolutely stunned and delighted when we arrived – it was a perfect surprise! Their incredible hospitality and attention to detail completely blew me away. I can't thank them enough for making our Valentine's Day so memorable. If I could give them ten stars, I would!

I spent a few days at Sharon's place with my husband and kids. We had a fabulous time! The coloring books and board games made my littlest feel right at home, the kids *loved* the sleep machines in the bedrooms. the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked nicely so I saved so much on takeout! oh and there were lots of towels and even extra blankets! i would definitely stay here again. This was, far and away, the best house I have ever stayed in through Air B&B. Every possible thing you thought you needed to bring was already in the house. A fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, sheets and towels, and even extra bathroom needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to both the grocery and a few shops and eateries. You can actually SEE Chautauqua Lake from the house! Wi-Fi and TV options were plentiful, and there are comfy chairs in the living room if you wanted to stay in and catch a movie or a game. In short, I hope other hosts are reading this, because THIS HOUSE is the reason Air B&B exists. I’d stay here every time if I could.

We had an awesome relaxing weekend! The house was amazing and allowed our 5 kids to have such a great time! Thanks for letting them fish in the pond. The kids are already asking when we can go back!!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made our stay even more convenient. Plus, the location was great—just a short distance from stores and grocery shops. Everything was well-maintained, and we had no issues at all. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and cozy stay!

I would highly recommend Peach Zen to anyone traveling to Erie! Francessca was a GREAT hostess. The accomodations were pristine and she thought of everything in the set-up of the space. My friend and I go on an annual Girls Weekend to meet and catch up in Erie and we will definetly rebook!

Very well accommodated! Super clean and homey environment. My partner and I stayed for a Valentine’s weekend and it was very quiet and private. Cozy TV setup and a great kitchen for cooking the meals we wanted! Overall a great stay and hope to return in a warmer season!

What a wonderful stay!! We just needed a night on our driving trip from Texas to Rochester, and we were lucky enough to find this gem!! Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. Everything was just as described and so tastefully done. The scenery was beautiful, especially with the snow, which is foreign to this Texan. The hosts were kind and responsive and their apartment was spotless!

Being originally from Jamestown, this place was the perfect "home away from home" for the holidays. My partner and I loved our stay, and we'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town. Truly made my time and my partner's first time visiting an unforgettable one. We had another lovely stay at this apartment! It’s the perfect location to stay, when attending events at SUNY Fredonia. The apartment is always spotless and feels welcoming. We also appreciate that they welcome our furry friend!

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Quiet with the comforts of home. Close to great restaurants, grocery store, gym and ice cream shops. Perfect spot to run through Scott Park, Frontier, and Presque Isle
