Holiday rentals with a patio in Erie

Char is the kindest, sweetest and most helpful person. She welcomed us with a warm smile and had wonderful recommendations for places to visit. She had snacks, waters and an adorable welcome letter for us ❤️ I felt home away from home! I will be back ❤️

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful apartment. Addie provides everything you might have forgotten at home to make your stay enjoyable. She responds quickly to any emails The suite is located on a gorgeous peace of property with a few different options for guests to enjoy the view. Inside is a high quality large couch, great mattress, large shower and full kitchen. Addie has created a true retreat. Everything about our stay was top notch.

Our stay was great. We hadn’t planned on spending so much time in the house, but we got snowed in! It was a perfect spot for a memorable vacation. Lynlee was an excellent host, getting us plowed out and communicating well. Everything is very clean and the place is well appointed.

Cozy home, perfect for two! Great communication from host. Easy to find. Loved all of the little touches in the home. Looked forward to staying here again in the future!!

This Airbnb is great! Very quiet, clean, and in a safe area. It has every amenity you could ask for and I would definitely stay again!

My sister and I planned an overnight in Erie so that we could attend a show at The Warner Theater, and Carly’s house was absolutely perfect for our stay! The neighborhood is adorable, it was awesome to have the driveway to ourselves for parking, checking in was a breeze and the house is everything we could have hoped for- and more! Our hosts were kind enough to provide snacks, bottles of water, coffee, tea, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the comforts and amenities of home. If it had been warmer, I would have loved to hang out in the backyard, but I do recommend this to anyone looking to stay in warmer seasons because the yard is spacious and the grill looked really nice! The linens were fresh and clean, the bathroom spotless, & overall the house is very well taken care of. Carly was a pleasure to speak with before our stay & helped me choose great spots to take my sis for her bday and she had a fantastic response time. We had a great visit and this home was the cherry on top!

Had such a relaxing weekend!! The hot tub was phenomenal, bed was comfortable and the house was clean!! Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful trip and the house was perfect. We could have used a snow shovel😁 but that was a very small issue. Michael and Jenn were super friendly , responsive, and helpful. I hope we can return next year.

This is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever stepped foot in. Clean, well stocked, with lots of local information and directions. We visited in December, so the snow was a factor. Leslie was accommodating, thoughtful, and considerate.

This Airbnb was spacious and comfortable. It was in a great location so close to town. It was perfect! There is a nice yard and long driveway that is convenient for parking. I stayed in the bedroom with the workspace and I enjoyed using the desk. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan as well. The house was so roomy and comfortable. I just wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to North East.

We had a fabulous stay at Monica's place, which felt homey and warm despite the cold temperatures outside. The house is spacious, beautifully updated, and in a location convenient to downtown in a neighborhood that was quiet and felt safe. We especially enjoyed the air hockey table in the basement, the Keurig machine, the off-street parking, and having two bathrooms. Monica was a gracious hostess who was responsive to our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Quiet with the comforts of home. Close to great restaurants, grocery store, gym and ice cream shops. Perfect spot to run through Scott Park, Frontier, and Presque Isle

Kym's place was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean. We walked almost the whole community. It was absolutely beautiful there. I think we enjoyed the porch the most. The weather was gorgeous and when we got back from our walks we sat on the porch watching the wildlife and just relaxed. The Italian restaurant, Andriaccios, just down the road was excellent. We went there twice it was so good. We would definitely go back to Kym's place.

We’ve stayed at CHQ Lake Estates a number of times over the years. This was by far one of the best places! Quiet, clean, and comfortable—We took AM walks (just the best) and people are so friendly. The pool is amazing. And you cannot beat the view of the lake anywhere. We even took time to sit out on the cushioned deck chairs at sunset and just relaxed—something we don’t do often enough. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc.. Soft sheets & comfortable beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms—having 2 showers meant we could all get ready in record time. Be sure to bring your TV sign-in information so you don’t have to reset your passwords! (Voice of experience… lol) Great instruction book with local recommendations and fast wi-fi. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time! Everything was as described and it was well worth it! We would love to return next year !

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.
