You are close to the Bavarian border (Lindau) and Austria (Bregenz). Lake Constance, known as the "Swabian Sea", is just a few minutes' walk from our place. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained eight-apartment building.

The modern 50sqm furnished 2 rooms have a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed in the living room, can accommodate up to 3 persons. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and ventilation system. The new fitted kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances.

Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.
