From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. 1-room apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It is great for active vacationers. Hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
