Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

La Capsule – With a hot tub

In Pléneuf-Val-André, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 90 m² house close to the beach, with jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Decorated and equipped in an original way, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

It is steeped in history and if the walls could talk, they would have so much to tell us...

House 5 minutes' walk to the large Val André beach. Recently renovated, it is located on a quiet street in the seaside resort of Val André. Ideal for a family vacation by the sea. It is close to the center of the seaside resort with access via the large pedestrian seawall to the casino, cinema, restaurants, supermarket and marine spa. It is also close to the typical and historic port of Dahouët.

Stone house, 600 m from the beach, 11 people

Ker Tri Martolod is a 19th century Erquy sandstone house, which we renovated in 2020, as a shelter for sailing enthusiasts like us with our three boys. We use this home as a rallying point for the family from Erquy and make our home available when we are not staying there. It is a charming family home, friendly, to spend warm moments, 600 m from Saint Michel beach and the Sables d'Or lagoon.
