From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

"Les toits de Nazado" is a small cocooning and bright apartment, ideally located in the center of Erquy in a quiet and secure residence (2nd and top floor, with elevator), including a closed box in the basement with an electrical outlet. The beach is 400 meters away and the shops are 100 meters away. Its location is ideal, and a great place to start hiking on the GR34. The apartment has been fully renovated with quality materials and furniture.

A small nest perched in the trees, out of sight, 4 meters from the ground… in an eco-friendly approach. The swallow's nest is a small sphere equipped with a round bed 2.1 m in diameter, which can comfortably accommodate two adults.
