Rental in the Côte d 'Armor, villa with character for 12 people. Stunning views of the sea, the beach, the city, direct access to the large beach and sea in 3 minutes on foot. Nearby: Cap-Fréhel and Fort-La Latte 15km, Dinard 20 km, St Malo 25 km, Dinan 30 km away, Mont St-Michel 95km, GR 34 near. Shops: Downtown 5mn drive, 20mn walk, with all the necessary shops. Beautiful house with a very large garden located in the heart of Cancale. Very quiet and pleasant environment. Everything is on foot and everything is easy: shops, the port and restaurants! The house, with its 300 m2, offers very pleasant living spaces for great conviviality, and also quiet and spacious rooms. The sea and coastal trails are 10 minutes walk. New house and garden – city center – 100 m from the sea

Beautiful new house of about 150 m2 in the city center of Erquy, in a quiet cul-de-sac, and benefiting from an enclosed garden (80 m2). Shops are at the end of the street and Erquy's main beach is 100 meters away. The house is fully equipped and you will enjoy 2 TVs (smart TV) with Netflix access etc,... Linens, bath towels and baby equipment are provided. Be sure to bring your raincoat and beach towel :-)
