Bright studio 2 steps from the lake

A lovely, cosy studio of around 28m² for two people, brand new, comprising a large living area with a direct view of the forest and the vegetable garden, a kitchen open to the living area, and a shower room. The living area features a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200) and a dining table. Bed linen and towels are provided for 2 people; you just need to arrive and settle in. An extra bed can be added on request for a third person. A large shaded terrace awaits you! Perfect for relaxing, reading a book, and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, induction hob, Nespresso machine (2 capsules provided), oven, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom features a washbasin, an XXL walk-in shower and a toilet. Toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Staying at Lacanau Moutchic Inn means enjoying a magical break surrounded by nature. Everything is done on foot and by bike. 500 m2 lot. 4 bedrooms + office (sofa bed) for a 5th bedroom. 3 bathrooms with Italian showers. 2 powder rooms. Large 45 m2 living room. 100 m2 IPE terrace with heated salt pool from April to early November (5 m x 2.50 m) at 28 degrees, secure submerged shutter, parking for 2 cars. Beautiful 70s architect-designed house: La Girolle (Created by architect Pierre Lajus). On an 800 m2 lot under pine trees, 8 minutes' walk to the south beach and 15 minutes' walk to the city center. Located in a cul-de-sac with very little car traffic (perfect for children) in one of the most sought after and quiet neighborhoods of Lacanau Ocean. Very relaxing setting in the heart of the pine forest near the ocean and the forest.
