We rent this newly built villa to families who would like to spend a holiday overlooking the lake. The beach with its supervised swimming area is opposite, and the cycle path to Lacanau or the ocean is 6 km away. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated, with controls in each room. There are three terraces where you can eat your meals or relax. The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenants. Or, on request, it can be left to the hosts for a fee of €180.

Istana is ideally located, in a peaceful neighbourhood, near the south beach (900m) and the city centre (1.5km) easily accessible through the bicycle path in front of the house. Recently renovated, the house is 170m2 over 2 floors, fully air-conditioned, and can host up to 10 people. Spacious common areas and large sheltered terraces on the forest side. The team from ‘La loge de l’Ocean’ will welcome you and will be available to assist you during your stay.

In the heart of Les Abatilles, our small typical Arcachon villa is ideally located a 10-minute walk from Pereire Beach and Moulleau. The shaded wooden terrace is designed for families or groups of friends to enjoy moments of conviviality. The large air-conditioned kitchen-living room offers a modern and very cozy living space. Abandoned for years, we put our heart into renovating this villa as a family in early 2023 to give it a new life!
