The house is situated 40 meters from the lake, near a beautiful sandy beach. Longarisse, situated on the west coast of the lake and is ideal for families and all water sports. The house is recent. You can park in the road without any problem, the 350 m2 fenced garden is sunny and well exposed. The covered terrace is ideal for dining outside. We are situated ten minutes from Lacanau Ocean and its sandy beaches ideal for surfing, there are many cycle paths to visit the region. Sheets furnished.

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
