Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² gîte that has been open since 2021, ideally located on the banks of the Loir and about 3 km from La Flèche Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The cottage, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You don't share the pool with the owners or with other holidaymakers. The whole property is not overlooked.

90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm).
