Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² gîte that has been open since 2021, ideally located on the banks of the Loir and about 3 km from La Flèche Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The cottage, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You don't share the pool with the owners or with other holidaymakers. The whole property is not overlooked.

It is ideally located 3 minutes from the A11 motorway exit, 15 minutes from Le Mans and the famous 24 Hours circuit. Nestled in the heart of a green setting, this accommodation is ideal for a business trip or for a moment in the countryside (Hiking). To enhance your stay, don't hesitate to take advantage of the outdoors and amenities (swing, boat, outdoor kitchen, etc.).
