Welcome to High Tide Haven, a 1000 sf, 2 bedroom, 2nd floor condo, minutes from historic downtown New Bern, NC. The condo is located just over the Neuse River Bridge, on the top floor of an historic (circa 1914) building. The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the river view and the amazing sunsets over downtown New Bern.

The exterior features a charming blue cottage with a yellow front door. A brick walkway leads to the entrance, complemented by white trim and porch details. Two white chairs are positioned on the porch, surrounded by well-maintained landscaping.

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
