The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. The location is centrally located in the center of Remseck - Aldingen district. Bus lines to the residential city of Ludwigsburg or the tram to Stuttgart are within a few minutes' walking distance. The apartment does not have a parking space.

The trade fair/airport/Cannstatter Wasen/Mercedes Museum are easily accessible. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, fast food/restaurant and doctors available.

After a 5-minute walk you are at the Landauer Straße train stop. From there it takes about 15 minutes to the main train station. Free street parking is available along the street.
