The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Das kleine Apartment ist für 1-2 Personen geeignet. Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett (160cm), TV, Wifi, einen kleinen Arbeitsplatz und ein Bad mit Toilette & Dusche. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Fantastic location very close to the city centre in a quiet street. All amenities of the daily life are within a 5 minutes walk. Good train and bus connections close by. The town hall, conference centre and the music school are next to it.
