A bus stop is 100 meters from the house, which serves the destinations Waiblingen, Fellbach and Esslingen. 2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

In unserer gemütlichen Dachwohnung erwarten wir Dich sehr gern. Wir sind ein sehr weltoffenes Ehepaar und interessiert an allem Neuen. Auch in Englisch können wir gern mit unseren Gästen reden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, das Zentrum ist ca. 250 m entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen nach Stuttgart, Remstal. In den diesen Pandemiezeiten halten wir uns sehr genau an die geltenden Regeln und Vorschriften. Wir reinigen, waschen und desinfizieren alles nach Vorschrift.
