SAT, underfloor heating, high-quality bathroom amenities, bedroom with box spring bed (1.40 m), LED spotlights and electric window blinds. I think we've created a very cozy apartment here. In front of the house, there are enough free public parking spaces. The train station has a perfect connection with S-Bahn trains as well as many bus connections in all directions.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ihr seid innerhalb von 4 Minuten zu Fuß an der Stadtbahnlinie U1 & U16. So gelangt ihr schnell und unkompliziert nach Stuttgart oder könnt die Umgebung erkunden. Das kleine Apartment mit 24 m2 ist für 1-2 Personen geeignet. Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett (160cm), TV, Wifi, einen kleinen Arbeitsplatz und ein Bad mit Toilette & Dusche. Die Küche verfügt über eine Mikrowelle ( KEINE Kochmöglichkeit!). Die Preise verstehen sich inkl. Bettwäsche & Handtücher.

The modern 2.5 room apartment is located in Kernen-Rommelshausen. The apartment is only a 6-minute walk from the S-Bahn station. From there you can reach Bad-Cannstatt (Cannstatter Wasen) in 12 minutes by car as well as the Königstrasse in Stuttgart in 18 minutes by car. A bus stop is 100 meters from the house, which serves the destinations Waiblingen, Fellbach and Esslingen. In addition to the beautiful countryside, you can also walk to all the necessary things.(Edeka, ALDI, pharmacies, etc.)

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

In unserer gemütlichen Dachwohnung erwarten wir Dich sehr gern. Wir sind ein sehr weltoffenes Ehepaar und interessiert an allem Neuen. Auch in Englisch können wir gern mit unseren Gästen reden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, das Zentrum ist ca. 250 m entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen nach Stuttgart, Remstal. In den diesen Pandemiezeiten halten wir uns sehr genau an die geltenden Regeln und Vorschriften. Wir reinigen, waschen und desinfizieren alles nach Vorschrift.
