Conducive to daydreaming while tasting local Mediterranean products, you will find here a peaceful place, where you can recharge your batteries while being close to the sea and seaside resorts. Cozy apartment

You will appreciate the calm and atypical nature of this Cozy apartment in the heart of the village of Florensac. You will enjoy its exterior in the center of the village, while being 5 min from Marseillan city, 15 min from the beach and 15 min from Agde train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our main residence, so you may run into us, or run into our adorable dog Patoss. We will take the opportunity to give you the best tips and the best restaurants from home.

Under the roofs, this charming apartment with exposed frame is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Guests can take advantage of its south-facing terrace and direct access to the port. The kitchen is very well equipped, TV and Wi-Fi are at your disposal. Very comfortable 160 bed in an independent air-conditioned room.

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Rated 3 stars, the 105 m2 apartment is air-conditioned, with a 30 m2 terrace. Ideally located 250 meters from the Étang de Thau, overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, on the first floor of a villa, very comfortable staircase, separate entrance, very well insulated, it is perfect for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table for eight people, southwest facing, very nice. Two parking spots, secured on the villa.

Between vineyards and the sea in a charming village, come and rest in this small cocooning accommodation. To locate the village a little, we are 15 km (about 1/4 hour) from Cap d'Agde and its beaches, 13 km from Marseillan beach. We are also 10 minutes from Pézénas, the city of Molière. If you like peace and quiet then our apartment will seduce you. Put down your suitcases and go for a walk in the vineyards on foot, there are many paths.

Charming 25 m2 studio located on the ground floor of our house. Independent entry from 3pm (key box). It is located at the exit of the village, overlooking the pine forest (ideal for mountain biking, hiking...) 5 min walk to the village (grocery store, tobacco, bakery) - the key box code was sent to you on the day of rental. - 🚫 no cooking plate - Near Pézenas (5 min) - Marseillan-Plage (20 min) - Lac du Salagou (25 min)
