This charming two-room apartment features a living room with a cosy seating area and dining table, a separate bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 metres from the beach access point! My lifelong dream is to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house opens its windows outwards onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cosy sleeping loft makes the house truly special, and the small sauna can be booked on the spot (£20 for 2 hours).

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
