Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist spontan buchbar!

We only rent out 1 room. So there are no other guests. Large SmartTV with Netflix, fast WiFi. Shutter and screens. From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Includes kitchen, bed and bedroom linen. Large terrace overlooking the flower garden and the Walcheren flat land. Veersemeer and North Sea beach at 3 and 8 km. Adjacent to a bird nature reserve of 75 hectares. Arrival and departure day, preferably, on Mondays and Fridays.

You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles available.
