Since June 2020, we have been renting this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located on a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where you can find nice shops and restaurants. From the park you walk directly into the dune area which gives access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

The location includes a kitchen-living room with bar table and seating area, sanitary area with shower and a spacious bedroom attic. There is underfloor heating and summer underfloor cooling. Completely new 4 person house! This property was completely renovated in 2020-2021. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year. Located in the village of Westkapelle at 200 meters from the dike and sea. The beach can be reached via this dike 500 meters from the house. Please! Pets are not allowed. No groups of young people or parties.
