A very nice and cozy place, beautiful town and very central.

We have stayed in Middelburg five different times now over the years and Rob’s was a family favourite. A beautiful home right in the heart of Middelburg. The house is in a wonderful location with close proximity to shops, restaurants and the town square. The home is warm and cozy with all the essentials. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very charming,well-kept and centrally located apartment. The furnishings have been made with attention to the details,which gives the apartment a special charm. A gem in the very best location of Middelburg.

The most important thing: we had a wonderful time at the house! It was cozy, sparkling clean and is within walking distance to the beach, which invites you to take long walks. The small, perfectly fenced, garden is a small gift for travelers with a dog. The resort offers a small shop that was open every day (despite the absolute low season) and sells everything important in addition to fresh baguette. Communication with Horst was very good at all times and quickly he helped us with a small problem after arriving at the house. All in all, we immediately felt welcome & more than comfortable. An unrestricted recommendation!

It's a nice apartment in a unique location. The ships pass right past your window! For the ships that sail further away, there is binoculars as many other necessities in, for example, the kitchen and the bathroom. Well cared for all. Close to city center and beach. Middelburg you are in 15 min. With the ferry to Breskens, cycling, hiking, everything is possible. Communication with Dita was pleasant and she was quick to respond. I'll definitely be back!

A lovingly renovated and furnished house from the 1960s. Very tasteful. Beds are very comfy. The garden is great, offers sun in the morning and evening. A little bit of getting used to are the very steep stairs and the narrow driveway to the parking lot at the back of the house. But everything is easy to master! Suzanna and her daughter usually live in the house, so it is well equipped. We'd love to come back!

We had a very happy vacation with our daughter of 1.5 years. The location is ideal: close to the beach & restaurants. Around the corner you can rent bikes and you are also on the boat towards Vlissingen within 5 minutes. The cozy house is carefully decorated and equipped with everything. Highly recommended!

One of the best places we've ever had! Very nice location, quiet and nice area, good for family holidays with children and pets. Our hangover loved the patio! The house felt like home, not a hotel, which made the atmosphere great. The only thing to complain about was that we couldn't cope with the thermostat and was very warm inside. Otherwise absolutely inexpensive. Friendly and easy communication. We thank you for the great stay and beautiful memories!
