We called our house Next Door BLR! Next Door, because everything is nearby! On foot! The train station is 2 minutes on foot (PARIS in 30 min, Fontainebleau in 5 min). The Fontainebleau Forest, the Seine in 7 min. Shops, the market in 4 min. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6 km away on foot. The leisure center (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2 km away. Barbizon is 10 km away and Disneyland is 58 km away. Our house has all the comforts and a large garden. We will be happy to welcome you!

In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On a large forest plot of more than 4000 m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a sofa bed 120, bathroom with large shower, double sink, separate toilet. Sleeps 4/5 or 6 depending on children.

Located right next to Bois le Roi train station, 33 minutes by train from Lyon train station (Paris). The large bay windows of the Kapla House immerse you in a 5,000 ㎡ private plot where our family home is also located. Lovers of walking, mountain biking or climbing are within a 10-minute walk of the banks of the Seine as well as the entrance to the Fontainebleau forest. Whenever possible, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Family home with pool, jacuzzi, game room

Our house is an old house with the charm of stones and beams. It's not perfect, but it's a good place to stay. Having children, it has everything to accommodate children and babies (baby bed, deckchair, highchair, changing table, etc.) It is located in a small, very quiet hamlet. If you take the path behind the house you find yourself in the forest, ideal for walking or cycling. We leave a large number of bicycles of all sizes available.
