The location is at the same time central but far from the noise of the city to guarantee absolute relaxation! The newly renovated accommodation is fully air-conditioned and consists of a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. A free parking space fenced in the shade is available to our guests. The highlight is undoubtedly the level terrace, with plants and flowers, living area and sun loungers where our guests can dine delighted by the sea view, enjoying the evening freshness. Dream!

This bright and airy penthouse has two large, panoramic terraces, one with door access from the living room and also from one of the bedrooms, and the other, a huge rooftop reached by a spiral staircase perfect for parties or receptions. Both terraces offer breath taking views of the mountains, the entire Gulf of Serapo and the medieval city. Centrally located high above the main streets of Gaeta, the apartment is quiet and breezy, but within walking distance to all the city has to offer

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

The apartment is suitable for two people with the possibility of an additional bed and is divided into two areas, with the sleeping area located on the mezzanine, double bed, closet, dresser and TV. Living area with equipped kitchenette, table and sofa bed. The wonderful sea of Serapo and the clubs and beauties of the Medieval area are a short walk away (10-12min)!
