Appartamento di circa 38 m2 a circa 600 m. dal mare e a circa 800 m. dalla Fiera Internazionale Marmo Macchine. L'ingresso esterno è in comune con i padroni di casa. Si entra in un giardino ben tenuto e si sale un rampa di scale per entrare nell' appartamento. Entrando troviamo la cucina funzionale.
