wonderful place by the bay to spend Christmas with the family! lots of bedrooms as well as a bunkbed room made it really convenient and nice

Coral Cottage afforded us a dearly needed getaway with our two pups on very short notice. It's spacious and sunny backyard was a perfect place to relax. It's a stones throw from the beach. Perfect for long walks on the Bay. The cottage itself is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had an amazing experience with Jean. Her responsiveness was fantastic, and location was great. Overall a wonderful experience for the two of us. Kayaking was our favorite part. We definitely recommend this bnb!

We had an excellent stay in Cape May with our pup. The beach house is private and the surrounding is peaceful. We love watching the sunset every day. Lots to do and see around Cape May. Don’t forget to visit both wineries: Cape May Winery and Willow Brook Winery. Great for a nice long lunch with a glass of wine.

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Beautiful location, near enough for easy access to many activities but removed enough from the hustle and bustle to make it relaxing. We had a wonderful time watching sunsets from the back porch after days of exploring. Would definitely recommend!

We felt right at home. Very comfortable couch, beds and linen. We enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful ocean views from the top deck, and hanging out in the living room. Everything was as expected based on the descriptions and instructions

I was looking for a place that comfortably fit my kids, sister, and myself that was on the beach - and also close by to where we had other family members staying. This place fit the bill - and was also adorable, clean, and so easy to access. Giuseppe was easy to get in touch with when I had many questions and I really appreciate his quick personalized responses! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet getaway to the beach.

Amazing location just a block from the beach and boardwalk. Cathleen was very proactive and responsive before and during our stay. The house was clean, well organized, and super easy to follow instructions. I would recommend this location to anyone!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities. One concern was the comfort of the mattresses. they were very soft and uncomfortable. Also, the couch was very low and not firm.

10/10 beach home for family and friends. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a better Airbnb. Highly recommend staying here.

This place is an absolute gem if you are traveling with children! Not only was the condo fully stocked for cooking/cleaning, but they also provide a storage unit downstairs to keep all beach toys and anything that may have collected sand! We were very impressed by Dan’s communication (prior to arrival and during our stay). The condo is as described, but better, considering there’s an additional amenity (a rooftop) that allows you to catch a sunrise or sunset with unobstructed views! We loved the close proximity to Sunrise Park, yet nice distance from the noise of the boardwalk. We had a lovely stay, and we would absolutely recommend!

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! One of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed in! Our group consisted of two sisters, their kids (13, 10 and 1.5) and a grandma and the place was absolutely perfect for all our needs. The beautiful rooms and deck are exactly as pictured, the place was exceptionally clean and the decor struck the perfect balance of beauty, function and comfort for all involved. The staircase was solid and carpeted so Grandma had no problems on it and the owners were kind enough to supply a baby gate so the toddler stayed in the room downstairs with her mom and we never needed to worry about her. All the beds have comfortable, new memory foam mattresses and there were extra pillows, blankets and towels at every turn. The whole place even smelled nice with a subtle air freshener. The owners were extremely accessible and thoughtful and reached out with restaurant recommendations in the weeks leading up to our stay. We loved the place and hope to come back next year!

We had an amazing weekend at Brandon’s beach cottage. It exceeded our expectations! The decor and layout were very nice and comfortable. Loved being able to walk down the street to the bay for some beautiful sunsets. We can’t wait to book another trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place is truly one-of-a-kind, and you can feel the love and care the owner pours into every detail. Any concerns from past reviews have been thoughtfully addressed, so I wouldn’t recommend sorting by the negative comments—they’re outdated. The only policy that remains is bringing your own sheets/towels/paper products, but that’s just part of how the owner keeps the cost so affordable. She’s incredibly kind, and we’re so glad we decided to stay here! Plus, it’s right across from the beach, which is a huge bonus!

Tim and Vicky’s was comfortable, well-equipped and a great location with views of the ocean and the bay. We stay in OCNJ every year and have never had a house so well appointed with everything you could need for the beach and your stay including paper towels, garbage bags, very nice linens, pack n play and more. There’s minimal closet space but they have hangers and LOTS of hooks which is super nice for bathrooms. Rooms are very bright so if you have little ones you want to sleep just bring a blanket to drape. Would def stay here again.

Highly recommend Erin’s place. My family had a blast - the kids were happy with toys and craft that Erin had carefully curated for her guests. Spacious & clean environment, comfortable settings to relax for a few days - we felt right at home from the moment we got there. Erin was also very proactive as a host, reaching out to us pre-arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, and offered up a late checkout without even asking. The house was beautifully decorated, with refined accents and a long list of amenities which made for a wonderful environment. We would love to return on our next trip to Cape May. Thank you Erin!

The home is so private and secluded. We loved it. The house is situated perfectly on a strip of beach between Primehook Nature Preserve and Delaware Bay. From the deck on the front of the house you see the marsh and sunsets and from the back deck you can watch the sun rise over the water. It is a new construction with unobstructed views from the windows and sliding glass doors, and everything is clean and well appointed. Falling asleep to the waves, watching the moon rise and waking to the sunrise without ever leaving bed were my favorite activities! We also loved watching the wild life. We watched a couple crabbing from the bridge one night and saw fox on our morning walks along the shore and even saw two bald eagles. Our grand children enjoyed the bay beach where the waves were not intimidating and we liked being only steps from the house! It was only a 20 minute drive to restaurants in the quaintest little town of Lewes. We look forward to vacationing here again!
