Beautiful and quiet location! short distance to the beach and downtown. House was very clean and exactly as described! Jodi was helpful and quick to respond.

This is the PERFECT Villa for 2 adult couples!! Very roomy!!!! Love that it has two king rooms. We didn't cook other than bagels for breakfast but the kitchen is very well Stocked with everything you could imagine! The host has thought of everything down to beach toys, chairs and towels! Books to read and games etc. We love the coffee/cocktail bar!! Great for biking or walking! We were disappointed that the golf course was closed due to renovations as well as the Falcon sports bar. We usually go to Amelia Island a couple of times a year, This villa will be my first choice again if its available on our dates!!!!!!

My family of four had a great time! The pool was lovely and we used it day 1. There was a great view of the ocean from picnic tables near pool so I sat there a bit as beach was too cool for me (breezy) on day 1. Grounds were pristine and walkways were clean and tidy. We liked walking and bicycling in the trails through the “jungle” as I liked to call it:) Trail was lovely and peaceful. Two kings were nice with plenty room in closets and dressers for clothes. Kitchen nicely appointed w very nice knives, a blender, and great pans for cooing eggs. The glass containers w lids appreciated for leftovers. Oh, we loved the location. Such a beautiful part of the island!

We loved our first stay at Amelia Island. Cheryl was extremely helpful and kind. Her place was perfect for our family and pup. Short walk to the beach and several options for restaurants on the OMNI property. Would love to come back.
