In winter, ski resorts can be reached within a short drive. The apartment is conveniently located between Munich and Salzburg, making it a perfect stop on the way to southern Europe.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

This tranquil place with an extraordinary view is perfectly located for relaxation in nature (mountains, lakes, cross-country skiing, cycling) and excursions in the area (Chiemsee, Simssee, Samerberg, Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg).
