This floor, with its own hallway area have the guests completely to themselves. An apartment where you can feel right at home not only as a guest, but also at home. The kitchen & dining area with large 4 window roof to the southeast side and 2 dormer windows to the north side is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with ceramic hob, extractor, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of dishes and pots. The dining area includes a modern dining area with a large 1.80 dining table and plenty of seating. In addition, there is a lounge in the room – area with flair with a white couch, from which you can also make the chef - watch it very relaxed while eating. The approx. 26 m² kitchen and dining area forms the center of the apartment and is located between the living room and bedroom. In the adjacent living room about 20 m² with 2 floor-to-ceiling windows to the west side, a corner couch with numerous pillows invites you to a cozy evening. Here you can enjoy the sunset after a day of sunshine. With music or a TV movie (flat screen 37 inches or 90 cm) you can end the day. The bedroom about 14 m² with floor-to-ceiling window to the east side houses a modern white double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m , a drawer dresser and a wardrobe with mirror. The bathroom about 5 m² is equipped with a shower,tub, washbasin and toilet. In the hallway about 5 m² with 3 bright dormer windows is a shoe rack.

Apartment Michl – drei mal gut... Unsere drei Apartments sind ca. 40 qm groß. Zwei davon sind Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Das Einzelzimmer ist mit einem 1,40 m breiten Bett ausgestattet. Des weiteren bieten alle unsere Apartments einen 32 Zoll TV und Eichenparkettboden. In den Doppelzimmern können die Betten entfernt von einander stehen. Apartment Michl – stilvoll, modern ausgestattet Alle drei Apartments haben eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, einer Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Für ihr Wohlbefinden sorgen unsere geschmackvollen und tageslicht- durchfluteten Bäder. Bei uns surfen sie kostenlos im Internet per WLAN. Apartment Michl – eine gute Adresse. Unser Apartment in Harthausen bei Friedberg liegt direkt am altbayrischen Ochsenweg. Es ist eingebettet in eine herrliche Landschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Bachlaufes. Eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahn München-Stuttgart(A8) und die B300 (Augsburg-Ingolstadt) ist gegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet die nächste Ortschaft Dasing. Das Zentrum der Fuggerstadt Augsburg ist nur 12 km von Hathausen entfernt. Ihre Freizeit können sie mit zahlreichen Aktivitäten im Wittelsbacher Land verbringen: Friedberger Baggersee mit Wasserskianlage, Dasinger Freibad, Friedberger Hallenbad, legendäre Westerncity in Dasing, Stadt Friedberg mit seinem Schloss und interessantem Kulturangebot, Kinos in Aichach oder Augsburg.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Stylish apartment on the edge of Augsburg's old town

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
