The house is nicely centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Within a few minutes' walk, you are on the beach and the cozy boulevard with catering facilities. Beach Resort Makkum is a holiday at a beautiful resort on the IJsselmeer!

From the roof terrace, you have a fantastic view over the entire lake (the Fluessen) and in the distance Heeg. De Koggeplaet is a small quiet park. It has a beach and a boat ramp. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and peace seekers. Within walking distance is a diner, boat rental and 2 sailing schools.
