It's new & I'm still furnishing & constantly adding things to it. You share these rooms with me: living room/kitchen & bathroom. Your bedroom is private and lockable. It comprises a small comfy double bed (W: 1.40m / L: 2.00m) which is perfect for 1 person but also for 2. There’s a desk with a chair, a mirror & 2 pieces of furniture for storing clothes & other stuff. You also have your own private toilet.

You can use everything in the flat except my office. So you can use the meetingroom/livingroom, kitchen, washroom, toilet, terrace and garden. For the third person I have a guest bett which can be located at the sleepingroom or in the living room.

It is 5km to the Liftstation Mayrhofen. 300m next to the House is the Busstation from the free Skibus (only Winter-Time ) which brings you to the Horbergbahn there are 3km . In 1.2km there is the Train and Busstation Bühel - Ramsau. The Center of Ramsau with Trainstation and Supermarket are 2km away. To Innsbruck are 65km.
