Das Apartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in einem Backsteingebäude von 1903, in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Buchen von privaten Yogastunden in unserem Yogastudio ist möglich. Fußläufig gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Du kannst auch am Ufer der Wupper wandern gehen oder Radfahren und auch nett einkehren. Mit dem Zug oder dem Auto bist Du in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten in Köln. Am Bahnhof gibt es auch E-Bikes zu leihen.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der Ortschaft Sinnersdorf am Ortsrand in der sog. Pilzhaussiedlung 1km vom Ortskern entfernt. Es handelt sich um einen Flachdachanbau an eines von zehn Pilzhäusern des Architekten Heinrich-Johann Niemeyer. Entfernung zum Kölner Dom ca. 20km. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit TV und Schlafcouch, Wohnküche und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Eine Terrasse angrenzend an die Wohnküche ist vorhanden.
