Our apartment "Dreiflüsse" is in the immediate vicinity of the old town, which can be reached on foot in five minutes along the Werra. In front of the apartment you park directly in or in front of the garage, so there is no need to search and of course the fees that are now levied almost everywhere and your vacation begins in our newly renovated accommodation. Two bedrooms with external roller blinds, a bright kitchen, large sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower and covered barbecue area with lounge.

The 4-room apartment was renovated in April 2024 and equipped as a vacation home for up to 4 people. From this centrally located place, you will be on the R1 bike path on the Fulda in no time. In the village, you can walk to a generation-run inn and enjoy great food with great service. Nearby is also a dairy farmer who has a 24/7 cooling assistant where you can get the best types of milk ice cream. Also eggs, cheese and of course milk. Beware of speed camera on the OE

The apartment is approx. 9 minutes walk from Wilhelmshöhe train station and 6 minutes walk from the Stadthalle conference and congress center and is next to the Aschrott Park The apartment can accommodate 2 people. One other person can sleep on a sofa bed. The apartment was newly built in a listed building (2 parties). Parking is sufficiently available on the street.

The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

You will stay in a closed 50 sqm 2-room kitchenette apartment with separate house entrance and a very nice and sunny outdoor area with fireplace and grill. In 5 minutes you are on the Fulda cycle path R1, in 10 minutes by tram or NextBike in the center. We live in another part of the house with children, dogs and chickens. Open-minded, friendly, tolerant, large and small people, with or without a dog, are always welcome here!
