Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

A bathroom with rain shower and bathtub provides relaxation and well-being. The spacious living room with Wi-Fi and cable TV is connected to a terrace with seating. Suitable for wheelchair users.

The Waldlusti is a beautifully located apartment on the edge of the forest in the Singen district of Überlingen am Ried. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. Casa Lea - Vacation on the Höri!

Enjoy relaxing days on the Höri peninsula in a pleasant atmosphere. The small house is located on a quiet street, approx. 300 meters from Lake Constance & the beach. The sunny garden is completely fenced & is therefore also suitable for families with small children. Many beautiful destinations such as Stein am Rhein, the island of Werd, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park are nearby. Charging e-cars is not allowed!

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
