Remodeled house on a beautiful beach was featured on HGTV. Beach is walk-on access, cars aren't allowed to drive on the beach, play in safety. Neighborhood marina bar & grill, store, bait shop. Peaceful getaway includes grill & kitchen area downstairs with TV, outdoor shower. Kids love playing in the surf, dad gets to fish, mom gets to relax. Shopping & restaurants in Galveston. Recently had entire HVAC system, including ducts, vents, & returns replaced for max comfort. Well equipped kitchen.

Make a day at Moody Gardens, Shop The Strand or plan a guided fishing trip…Conveniently Golf carts can be rented right across from the house. There is not a more perfect location around town! Crisp! Clean! Bright! This beauty was recently remodeled and feels like new. 2 minute walk to the beach, take the house golf cart (free!), or drive a few seconds. Groceries are very close too. Close enough to town to experience the attractions like a water park, boardwalk amusement park, museums, water sports, nature, boating, or bay and gulf fishing. House has great open floor plan with lots of room, and roomy bedrooms. House includes a golf cart! $150 a day value...no cost!
