Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, heated salt pool (from late April to October) outdoor space to relax and eat with family or friends. This beautiful house is only a 2-minute walk from the lake and grocery stores. A little piece of heaven in the Landes located between Mimizan beach (20 min) and Biscarrosse beach (30 min). The house is very well equipped for children, as well as adults.

Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. Composed of a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, shower room, equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Towels included. Airial exterior with garden table, parasol and barbecue. A security deposit of €150 will be required on arrival.
