Rated two stars by Gîtes de France, the 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment consists of a small bedroom with a 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, two-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning, dressing room, 10 m2 covered terrace, 8 m2 bike storage, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

Jolie petite maison typique du Bassin se trouvant au fond du jardin de notre propriété, avec son entrée indépendante et son parking extérieur. Elle est située à 15 minutes des plages océanes, 10 minutes de la Dune du Pyla et d'Arcachon et proche du centre ville de la Teste. Elle a une surface de 32 m2 et dispose d'une terrasse. Classé 3 étoiles Elle est confortable et bien équipée pour un séjour agréable et au calme. Ce logement n’est pas adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Depending on your preferences, you can enjoy the outdoors to relax, smoke or eat.

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Relax in this quiet space with private entrance without opposite and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (30 euros for 2 hours of use between 5 pm and 11 pm or 50 euros unlimited until the next morning). For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods as well as tea and infusions are offered. Cleaning fees are included.

The many nearby cycle paths will allow you to get around easily on foot or by bike during your stay.
