Monthly Rentals in Gates Mills

Clark has his own apartment attached to the house from where he has quickly responded to our needs. His home is set far back off the road and is very tranquil with lots of wild life to see daily yet close to shopping, restaurants and minutes from the freeway. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home and a propane grill right outside the back door to bbq and watch the kids play in the large back yard. There is a wonderful sun room off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee/tea and take in the nature around you. The upstairs has 2 full bathrooms and plenty of bath towels. There are 5 bedrooms giving you plenty of space to sleep. I would not hesitate to book this home again.

This was a perfect stay for us during the holidays. Clean and tidy, with all the basic necessities you need. There were a few games like Sorry there as well which were a nice touch. It snowed and while away they were kind enough to have the driveway plowed and provided a shovel and salt. Very nice touch! It was a great stay and covered everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again! Great hosts 👍

This is located 3.5 miles from Hillcrest Medical Center which was perfect for our stay. We were in town for my dad’s surgery. The house was perfect in all ways. Very spacious, very clean and easy access to everything. I had a personal hiccup with the surgeons office that caused our stay to be extended. I reached out to Jody and she was beyond accommodating. So very THANKFUL. Highly recommend this home!
