The lovingly prepared house (about 100 square meters) offers a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the upper floor there are three furnished bedrooms (1 × 180 x 200 cm bed, 2 x 140 x 200 cm bed). The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV and washing machine. In cool outdoor temperatures, guests can provide pleasant warmth by heating the tiled stove.

You are very welcome in our old farmhouse and in a family with 2 children and 2 Siamese cats. You have the upper floor and attic for you, the drum room with double bed, the living room, the attic with 4 sleeping places, a kitchen, a bathroom and a huge roof terrace. In Munich and almost at the Oktoberfest, you can reach it by train in 35 minutes, at Lake Ammersee by bike in 25 minutes and the Alps in 1 hour.
