Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Arbeitsplatz und einem ausziehbaren Sofa. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Kingsize Doppelbett, für erholsame Nächte. Ein Kinderreisebett stelle ich Ihnen gerne , auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Der kleine überdachte Balkon, der sich direkt an der Küche befindet, lädt zum Grillen ein.

The stylish old country house was completely renovated in 2020 and is located in a village of 100 inhabitants without through traffic. The Saale is a 2-minute walk away and the Saale bike path runs through the village. In the village, there is a snack bar where you can get something small to eat. If you love nature and tranquility, this is the place to be. The old country house was lovingly and high-quality restored in 2021. The large kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings.

Im mittelalterlichen Städtchen Büdingen, ca. 30km nordöstlich von Frankfurt/M. bieten wir dir ein gemütliches, individuell ausgestattetes Tiny-Holzhaus, welches sich im Garten auf unserem Grundstück befindet. Auf 20m² erwartet dich ein liebevoll ausgestatteter Raum mit allem was man so braucht, sep. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ausserdem hast du deine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick in den Garten. 1-2 Erw., 1 Kind plus evtl. 1 Kleinkind.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st. The stylishly furnished apartment is located directly on the Main with a view of the Marienberg Fortress, the Käppele and the Old Main Bridge, in the so-called small Bischofshut, the former right-hand Mainian old town of Würzburg. The town hall and the beginning of the pedestrian zone are about 300 meters away, the Würzburg residence can be reached in 8-10 minutes on foot. A tram stop is just 150 metres away.
