Holiday rentals with a patio in Lower Franconia

This is my second time staying here and I had an amazing stay again! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Oliver and Luisa were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The location was fantastic close to everything yet peaceful. Overall nice apartment and good host

The place was very clean and easy to get to. There is enough space for a larger group (we were 5) and you feel right at home. You can hike nicely and taste delicious wine in the area. Would come back anytime!

We had such a great stay at Nico’s apartment! The space was large and clean, and had everything a family could need (crib and toys). We loved the location - a bit off the beaten path but still close to everything. And it was so nice to have the outdoor space to come back to after a long day. Would definitely recommend! Nico was also very responsive and made communication a breeze.

I fully recommend Sophie's apartment. It is beautiful, cozy and located in an exceptional area, in the center of the city, very close to bus and tram stops that go in all directions. Sophie is very kind and was always ready to help me with anything I needed. During the two months I stayed there, every weekend a guy came to clean the apartment, which I thought was a very nice detail. Sophie also leaves coffee capsules and chocolates as details that make the stay very pleasant. The apartment also has a deck overlooking the garden with a table and chairs, which in the summer is beautiful for breakfast. In short, a beautiful place to stay and a great hostess who is attentive to everything you need! Thank you so much Sophie!

The place was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The host was friendly and very responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed. I felt completely at home during my stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely book this place again!

Beautiful apartment, mega location, very nice landlady!

Beautiful house with great kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly enjoyed the herbal selection from the old spice office. Gladly again (when it's warmer and you have more of the terrace and nearby forest to hike)

Had been there for the second time. We loved it again. Communication with hosts is very straightforward. The accommodation has everything you need. We can only recommend it.

Jasmine and Ronny’s place was great. We stayed throughout Christmas and it was lovely. There was an issue with the water heater, but Ronny fixed it eventually! Many thanks once again!

The cottage is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, at the end of a sparsely populated road that leads up into the forest. There are very nice paths and views of our valley, it is very quiet and just very calming to look out the window and only see nature. Inside it is very cozily furnished and everything we needed was already there, even the basics for washing and cooking. The shower is so great and the beds very cozy, I slept incredibly peacefully there. Dominique was responsive to all questions and always very friendly and accommodating. The underfloor heating was the candy and the landscape balm for the soul. I think we'll be back, it was just a fantastic getaway, with everything our heart desired.

We felt very comfortable. Tina's parents are very friendly hosts. When salt was missing, they gave us a large package. On Easter Sunday, they even surprised us with a basket full of Easter eggs and homemade cookies. The apartment is super well equipped. Stirrer, pots, bowls, coffee machines, towels, sharp knives - all there. And it's significantly more spacious than it seems on the photos. Thank you! We'll be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay. The Beate was always easily accessible. Extending the stay was also not a problem at all. It is a very nice well-kept apartment. We felt very comfortable. There is so much to walk to. We would definitely recommend the apartment. :)

We had a lovely few days. The accommodation is lightning-clean and really very well maintained. Dennis always responds very quickly. Checking in with the lockbox was no problem. A really nice area to relax in. Everything can be reached very quickly by car. We will be happy to come back.
