Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

4 mi to Downtown Lake Geneva, WI. Rent kayaks on Lake Como. New pool and tennis courts, amazing wildlife. Snowboard, cross country ski, sled on hills during our amazing Wisconsin winters. Dine at The Lodge Geneva National restaurant CRAFTED or just buy a bottle of wine from the guest store and watch the sunset. Quiet corner of condo complex. Completely furnished. Beautiful comfortable King bed, kitchen, cook and eat in! Balcony overlooking peaceful grounds. Private entry, laundry in building.

It has many amenities including the Little Birch A-Frame playhouse for the kids and an outdoor firepit. The River Birch is just a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley for snow skiing and summer concerts! Overlooking the lake nestled right behind the main lodge, this cabin has 3 bedrooms, a half bathroom, a seating a room, a basic kitchenette & access to camp showers downstairs. One large bedroom has a queen bed, one room with bunkbeds, & one with a full bed to accommodate a max of 6 guests. (But the bunkbeds are best for kid-sized humans). Like all of Wandawega, it’s a back-to-basics, no-frills, primitive experience. Simple rooms, vintage furnishings. There is heat & a couple AC window units.

We've built this art piece to have our guests immerse themselves in all the amenities, from heated floors to in-ceiling speakers - all whilst losing yourself in the wood burning fireplace. At WithInnReach the attention to detail was paramount - with an emphasis of what we enjoy...amazing food through a well balanced kitchen, beautiful sound through Klipsch speakers and relaxation with floor to ceiling showers...enjoy to the fullest.

Welcome to the Peacock Cottage! Located on a deep, private lot surrounded by woods, so it's great to let loose without any nearby traffic. We are super into cozy homes, and love creating spaces that are restful and fun.
