It is just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. It has many amenities including the Little Birch A-Frame playhouse for the kids and an outdoor firepit. The River Birch is just a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley for snow skiing and summer concerts! One large bedroom has a queen bed, one room with bunkbeds, & one with a full bed to accommodate a max of 6 guests. (But the bunkbeds are best for kid-sized humans). Like all of Wandawega, it’s a back-to-basics, no-frills, primitive experience. Simple rooms, vintage furnishings. There is heat & a couple AC window units.
